Mr. Ziegler is President of the Firm and a seasoned civil defense attorney with over two decades of experience.  Licensed in New Mexico, Texas and Colorado, he represents businesses, insurers and public entities in complex litigation and day-to-day legal matters. 

 

Mr. Ziegler serves as General Counsel for HB Construction, Inc.,  one of the largest general contractors in the Southwest and as the Town Attorney for the Town of Bernalillo.   He is known for delivering practical, strategic advice and effective litigation outcomes across a broad range of legal issues.

• Defends employers in labor arbitrations, including disputes involving termination, layoffs, off-duty conduct, contract interpretation, and wage and hour issues.

• Represents professionals in professional liability matters, including claims against physicians, insurance agents, mortgage brokers, and title companies.

• Advises and litigates construction-related disputes, including contract claims and bond issues.
