JACQUELINE (JACQUE) L. MILLER
Ms. Miller has been licensed to practice law since 2011. She joined Conklin, Woodcock, Ziegler & Hazlett in January 2026. After graduating from the University of Texas School of Law, she began her legal career at Hinkle Shanor LLP where she
focused on civil litigation. Ms. Miller took a hiatus from traditional legal work to focus on policy work. During that time, she worked as an analyst for the New Mexico State Senate, as an Adjunct Instructor at Eastern New Mexico University-Roswell teaching government courses, and most recently for former Congresswoman Xochitl Torres Small. She returned to practicing law in January 2022 at Atwood, Malone, Turner & Sabin, P.A
where she worked on a broad range of civil litigation matters.
Ms. Miller handles a broad range of civil litigation matters. She has extensive experience in representing both private and governmental entities.
