Kim Nguyen

Ms. Nguyen earned her juris doctorate from Washington and Lee University School of Law. During law school, Ms. Nguyen served as a judicial intern, a member of the criminal justice clinic, and was a summer intern at Contra Costa Public Defenders Office in California. 

 

In 2022, Ms. Nguyen became a licensed attorney in New Mexico. Since becoming an attorney, Ms. Nguyen has developed experience across a broad spectrum of practice areas. Ms. Nguyen started her legal career as a public defender where she was exposed to the high stakes practice of criminal law and gained experience orally advocating for clients in court proceedings such as bench trials. After being a public defender, Ms. Nguyen practiced civil litigation for a regional defense firm where she handled various types of cases ranging from products liability to wrongful death. Ms. Nguyen has experience handling a wide range of litigation matters, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and courtroom hearings.
