Practice:

Ms. Hazlett represents clients in medical malpractice claims.  She also represents clients in employment matters, including, employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge and breach of contract claims. She counsels employers that want to avoid litigation by providing advice on complying with anti-discrimination laws, disability laws, drafting effective employment policies and procedures and separation agreements, and employee discipline issues.

Ms. Hazlett also has significant experience with personal injury, business litigation and wrongful death claims. Before joining the Conklin Firm, she was a Shareholder and Director at Keleher & McLeod and she practiced federal employment and labor law at the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development in Washington, D.C.
